Mining Maintenance Leader: Asset Reliability & TPM

Copper Quail is seeking a seasoned Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance strategy and execution across mining assets. You will ensure safe, reliable, cost-effective operation of plant, machinery and mobile equipment in surface and underground environments, while driving asset reliability and a high-performing technical team. You will manage budgets, contractors and TPM initiatives, deploy predictive maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety, quality and ISO standards.
