Kvalifikace We are looking for a reliable colleague with strong technical knowledge (electrical engineering, mechanics, automation, industrial communication) and previous experience in industrial maintenance; experience directly with industrial robots is an advantage, but not a requirement. A resilient and independent personality with good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate even in challenging situations. An active driver prepared to spend approximately 80% of working time with customers and on the road with knowledge of English within our international team. If you live somewhere between Humpolec and Brno, it will be an ideal starting point. What will be your main duties? You will be fully responsible for service interventions at customers in Moravia and Bohemia, occasionally participating in planned services in other countries (Slovakia, Hungary, Serbia, Slovenia).Provide technical advice, analyze causes of malfunctions, and offer remote support during standard working hours (we do not work at night or on weekends).Quality service includes timely and consistent reporting of your activities in the CRM system, including management of open service cases and delivery of documentation for invoicing to colleagues in the office.
