Associate Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities: -Build and maintain a network of Technology professionals.- Work in tandem with Account Management team to understand our client's hiring needs.- Interview candidates and match high demand skill sets to open requisitions.- Prepare candidates for interviews.- Negotiate and present offers for employment.- Manage workforce of Consultants and Full time Staff as they support eNGINE initiatives.
