Hotel Front Desk Agent

Responsibilities and Duties: Welcome and register guests Make daily reservations Handle telephone inquiries relating to The Golden Plough Inn and Peddler's Village Displaying a friendly and positive attitude towards all guests Resolving guest issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications and Skills: Ability to work rotating shifts (days, evenings, weekends & holidays)High school graduate or equivalent. Previous hotel front office experience is preferred Basic computer skills Requires strong communication skills.
