Environmental Engineer ~ 4 Cities

Overview In this role you will lead the company’s environmental strategy and ensure regulatory compliance across multiple manufacturing sites. You will communicate environmental performance to corporate leadership and external stakeholders, and develop corporate training on environmental topics. You’ll oversee policies, procedures, and audit programs to maintain compliance with environmental laws. The position requires close collaboration with regulators and internal teams, and involves travel up to 50%. This opportunity lets you shape the company’s environmental performance and risk management on a large scale. Compensation / Benefitsrelocation packagebonusbenefits Responsibilities Lead development and execution of the company’s environmental strategy and initiatives Communicate environmental performance, programs, and initiatives to Corporate HQ and external stakeholders Develop and lead corporate environmental training programs Oversee environmental compliance policies and procedures, including management system policies Execute assurance/audit programs for environmental compliance Apply expert knowledge of CWA, CAA, RCRA, TSCA, SPCC, and related policies Lead or participate in investigations of environmental incidents and implement improvements to reduce recurrence Travel up to 50% as required Key requirements 10+ years of environmental compliance experience including EPA & OSHAMulti-site manufacturing experience Demonstrated ability to work with regulatory agencies on inquiries and actions Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to evaluate complex compliance matters and develop corrective actions Ability to engage, influence and inspire company-wide environmental objectivesexcellent communicationproblem-solvingability to engage and influenceenvironmental regulatory complianceaudits/assurance programsknowledge of Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act, RCRA, TSCA, SPCC
