Business Attorney (State Licensed)

To support a growing business planning practice, the full-time Business Attorney (State Licensed) will conduct virtual client meetings, draft business formation documents, and advise on succession and exit planning while working remotely. Key responsibilities Conduct virtual client meetings to clarify goals and present tailored business planning strategies Draft and review business formation documents, including LLC and corporate formations, operating agreements, and bylaws Advise clients on business succession and exit planning, ensuring coordination with estate plans Required qualifications Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school Licensed to practice law and in good standing with at least one state bar 3+ years of experience in business law, entity formation, and/or succession planning Strong knowledge of business entity structuring and succession planning Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
