Key responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential clinical research sites, ensuring they are equipped to optimize the use of the portal
Provide guidance to sites and operations teams to drive ongoing strategy and utilization of services
Monitor site utilization and proactively address any issues to maintain effective portal use during trials
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
3-5 years of experience in clinical research or clinical trial management, focusing on site management or engagement
Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, regulations, and industry best practices
Fluency in English and Italian (spoken and written) is a must
Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
