VP, Retirement Plan Onboarding & Implementations

WealthPlus, Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Retirement Plan Implementations to lead onboarding strategy and execution for new clients, migrations, and payroll integrations. This senior leader will build and scale the team, define processes, and ensure a superior client experience across partners and participants. The role reports to the Head of Client Experience or CEO and can be remote or based in New York, NY, with a focus on delivering scalable, efficient plan onboarding within a
