Unpaid Internship

APPLICATION PROCESS: After obtaining approval from the supervising faculty member and district personnel, the candidate submits an application. The intern will complete the online unpaid internship application and acknowledgement of volunteer policies, procedures, and responsibilities. The intern will be required to complete criminal background checks and fingerprints and assume the cost of the background check ($60.75).Some interns may be required to complete additional trainings. PROHIBITED CRIMINAL OFFENSESPlease note that the Lincoln Parish School Board policy and Louisiana law consider the crimes listed below as prohibited criminal offenses as set forth in Louisiana R.S. 15:587.1, and include convictions for attempt or conspiracy to commit any of these offenses. Conviction or plea of nolo contendere, even if adjudication was withheld, will be considered for the purpose of determining volunteer eligibility.
