Workers Compensation/Personal Injury Attorney

Responsibilities: Represent clients in the Workers' Compensation Commission Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients

Qualifications: Minimum 1 year experience in workers compensation Minimum 1 year experience in criminal defense Advise clients about their legal rights and options Conduct legal research and devise an effective strategy to defend the client(s) in court Gather evidence in support of the case Present evidence in court Negotiate settlement agreements Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to build rapport with clients Must be licensed in Virginia Speak Spanish a plus but not required

Qualifications and Skills: Must be proficient with handling a high volumes of cases Must be an active member and in good standing with the Virginia bar Must have a proven ability to thrive in a fast paced environment. Must have excellent attention to detail, stellar organization skills and the ability to not only communicate well but to fully grasp real-life implications that these cases have on our clients
