About the Facility Location: The assignment area offers clinicians access to a range of cultural, historical, and recreational attractions suited to varied interests. Points of interest include the Freedom Trail, the Boston Tea Party Ships and Museum, the Massachusetts State House, and the Museum of Science, which features interactive exhibits. Distinct neighborhoods with cobbled streets, Italian restaurants, and walkable public spaces provide dining and cultural experiences, and many attractions are available at low or no cost throughout the year.

About the Clinician's Workday: Clinicians will provide outpatient primary care services to an adult patient population via a 100% telemedicine platform, working Monday through Friday on four 10-hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a caseload of up to 16 patients per day. Responsibilities include in-basket coverage, patient calls, prescription refills, and patient messages, in addition to the evaluation and management of primary care conditions. Clinicians with at least one year of primary care experience and demonstrated management of type 2 diabetes are preferred, including familiarity with oral diabetes medications, GLP agents, and insulin; those without diabetes specialty experience will not be scheduled for patients with complex diabetes needs. Additional patient types include general cardiology, heart failure, vascular disease, hypertension management, hyperlipidemia, sarcoid, and amyloid cases. Additional Job Details Case Load/PPD: 16
