Plant Operations Partner: Safety & Quality Driver

Kimberly-Clark Ogden, UT is seeking an Operating Partner to join a fast-paced, safety-focused team. You’ll operate heavy equipment, document performance, and contribute to quality targets while supporting continuous improvement. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of manufacturing experience, strong math/computer skills, and the ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts including nights and weekends. SAP/MES/PIMS familiarity is a plus, and you’ll be part of a broader, values-driven organization.
