Role Requirements: Back of House Ensuring Chick-fil-A food production standards are always strictly followed Proficiency in a particular zone of the restaurant which could include but not limited to: Preparing & assembling cold products in pristine work environment Preparing, cooking and assembling hot products in pristine work environment Pulling chicken, preparing raw chicken for cooking Maintaining strict adherence to Chick-fil-A and Health Department Food Safety Standards Cleaning and maintenance of all food prep equipment Assisting in receiving and organizing of stock as it arrives Cleaning & restocking of kitchen, dishes, coolers and restrooms Work efficiently Able to work on your feet for several hours at a time Lift objects up to 20 lbs., when necessary Ability to work outside in various weather conditions for extended periods, with safety as our top priority Our commitment to Team Members Flexible Schedules Perfect for students, parents and caretakers Full-time and Part-time options available Industry leading pay & compensation - $16.00 Food Discounts (on and off the clock) $1,500 Scholarship Opportunities 401K benefits Health Insurance (FT) PTO (based on tenure & hours worked) Sundays off Benefits Flexible schedule 401(k) Employee discount Paid training
