Providers deliver post-acute care across assisted living, independent living, skilled nursing, memory care, and group homes while collaborating with and supervising advanced practice providers. The position offers flexible scheduling, a target salary with an uncapped wRVU structure, and additional call pay opportunities. Practice InfoPost-acute care practice in the Pikes Peak Region and Front RangeCare for patients across assisted living, independent living, skilled nursing, memory care, and group homes Shift & Schedule Full time or part time Call is scheduled every other month, with options to trade, pick up extra, or take call for others
Responsibilities:
- Care for patients across assisted living, independent living, skilled nursing, memory care, and group homes
- Lead a team and work alongside advanced practice providers using supervisory skills
- CompensationTarget salary: $275,000+Uncapped wRVU income structure
- Weekday call: $200 Weekend call: $275 Holiday call: $300
Qualifications:
- Board eligible or board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Supervisory skills and interest in working with advanced practice providers
- Geriatric fellowship training or medicine subspecialty interests are welcome
