As an Independent Business Consultant and contractor you will:

Have initial conversations to understand their goals and whether the opportunity may be suitable for them.
Introduce established personal development and leadership programs.
Follow a proven process for conversations, interviews and follow-up.
Organise your own schedule and manage your daily activity.
Participate in ongoing education, training and mentoring.
You won’t be expected to have all the answers from day one.
What matters is your willingness to learn, follow the process and consistently take action.
What We’re Looking For: This opportunity may suit someone who:
- Has several years of professional, business or workplace experience.
- Communicates confidently and naturally with people.
- Is comfortable using phone and video communication.
- Can work independently and manage their own time.
- Is open to learning new systems and processes.

- Previous experience in this industry is not required.
