Remote Capital Markets Associate: Crypto Credit Origination

Gauntlet is seeking a Capital Markets professional to source and structure institutional borrow relationships in the crypto credit markets. You will originate demand, build a multi-segment borrower pipeline, and close term sheets while maintaining an owned book. In this role you will collaborate with Credit Risk, Strategy & Growth, Product, and Engineering to integrate operations, negotiate economics, and drive deals through closing. Remote-first with US/Canada availability.
