This is fll-time, flly on-site role reqiring physicl presence in or mnfctring, lbortory n office spces, with no work-from-home options e to the hns-on ntre of the evelopment n proction tsks. Key Responsibilitiesnlyze polymer soltion behvior to optimize formltion n coting performnce. Crete lb-scle membrne cotings throgh precise formltion n ppliction techniqes. i in membrne proction rns to sccessflly scle p technologies from lb to mnfctring. Chrcterize membrne properties tilizing vriety of specilize lb-scle testing eqipment. Perform electrochemicl testing of membrnes in electrolyzers to evlte in-sit performnce n rbility. Perform rigoros t nlysis on test reslts to gie engineering ecisions. Present t clerly n shre technicl ptes ring mntory weekly tem meetings. Ensre sfety is strictly observe cross ll lbortory n proction tsks. Collborte with toll coters to spport proction ensring timeline proction t qlity Reqire Qlifictions Bchelor's egree in Chemicl Engineering, Mechnicl Engineering, Mterils Science, Polymer Science, or relte iscipline. Hns-on lbortory experience working with polymer formltions, cotings, or membrne fbriction. Strong nlyticl skills with experience processing n interpreting experimentl t. emonstrte bility to pln, prioritize n mnge mltiple, complex, time-sensitive projects. Excellent commniction skills to present technicl finings to cross-fnctionl tems. bility to trvel p to 25% of the time. Fmilirity with electrochemicl testing methoologies n eqipment (e.g., potentiostts, impence spectroscopy) is strong pls. Fmilirity with Six Sigm, SPC, Qlity is strong pls. bility to re mechnicl rwings n se bsic metrology is pls. Eligible to work leglly in nite Sttes. The following is preferre for this role: 2-3 yers' experience in cotings technology to mke membrnes n membrne composites. Experience with floropolymer membrnes preferre. emonstrte experience in vncing lb scle emonstrtions to commercil procts. Experience with commercil scle, complex, mlti-stge coting n rying processes. Six sigm certifiction or trining in sttisticl nlysis.
