Senior Labor Counsel & Strategy Director

The City of New York's Police Department Office of Labor Relations seeks an Executive Director, Labor Counsel to develop the Department's legal strategy for grievances, disciplinary hearings, arbitration and related litigation involving employees and unions. Under the Deputy Commissioner’s direction, you will provide strategic labor and employment advice to senior executives, supervise attorneys, and participate in collective bargaining and labor-management discussions.
