Field IT Engineer (Utah & Colorado)

Principal Responsibilities: Provide effective level two support for WANs, LANs, field servers and specific field applications including on-call and on-site support/remediation as required. Act as an effective liaison between field staff, management, vendors and Corporate IT.Identify, implement and report proactive solutions that provide cost savings and/or improve operational efficiencies at field locations. Participate in the installation, replacement, disposal of field computer hardware. Manage and maintain IT infrastructure at field locations. Troubleshoot and administer Cisco VOIP phone system installations including user add, changes and moves. Coordinate with 3rd party consultants as required. Build, maintain and manage strong vendor relationships to coordinate the delivery of IT services including cabling, hardware, software and other IT supplies. Provide timely reports on all activities as directed by management. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications: 4 years of computer network experience. Experience with Cisco VOIP/UCCE.Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification.

Minimum Requirements: 2 - 4 years of experience supporting a decentralized IT environment, including end-user systems, local infrastructure, and overall IT services

Pay Range: $68,200.00 to $93,700.00* which reflects the minimum wage in multiple jurisdictions. The actual range will depend on the locality in which you are hired.

Travel Requirements: This role requires up to 75% travel within the assigned territory, which includes Colorado and Utah. Candidates can expect to travel approximately three days per week and will have the flexibility to work remotely from home on non-travel days. This position is not eligible for employment sponsorship now or in the future.
