We’re hiring a Business Development Representative to join a high-growth, venture-backed B2B software company expanding its commercial team in the US. This is an exciting opportunity to join a scaling business at a pivotal stage and own the top-of-funnel function with open territory and real autonomy.
The role:
  • Lead outbound prospecting and pipeline generation across cold calling, email and LinkedInBook high-quality discovery meetings with founders and operators
  • Run discovery calls based on company’s ICPQualify with precision and make clean handoffs to Account Executives
  • Keep CRM accurate and share market insights with Growth, Marketing and Product
  • Represent the business at industry events
  • What We’re looking for1–5 years in outbound sales or BDR roles
  • Documented, sustained quota attainment month over month - not a single standout quarter
  • Confident running a multi-channel outbound motion (cold calls, email sequencing, LinkedIn)B2B SMB sales experience
  • Software or technology sales background
  • A self-starter streak - building your own process, sharing what works with the team, or mentoring xhmxlyz newer reps
  • Interest in F&B or consumer goods is a plus
  • Compensation$60,000–$75,000 baseOTE uncapped
