Apartment Community Maintenance Supervisor

Key Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate all maintenance service requests and repairs. Supervise, train, and support the maintenance team to ensure timely completion of work orders. Prepare market-ready units, including trash removal from vacant apartments. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing issues, including appliance repair. Maintain all common areas, amenities, and building exteriors to a high standard. Manage inventory, equipment, supplies, and vendor relationships. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Participate in on-call rotation for emergency maintenance requests.

Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Property Maintenance Supervisor. HVAC/EPA Certification preferred. Prior experience in apartment maintenance or property management. Strong working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate team members. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. Must have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
