Recruiting is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) for a full-time, permanent opportunity in the breathtaking Eastern Sierra region of California near June Lake. Responsibilities: Perform moderate and high-complexity laboratory testing across all general laboratory departments Analyze, interpret, and verify laboratory results accurately and efficiently Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory instrumentation Perform quality control and quality assurance procedures Maintain compliance with CAP, CLIA, and hospital policies Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care Participate in the laboratory's varied shift schedule and on-call rotation

Qualifications: Current California Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) License required Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related scientific field Previous hospital laboratory experience preferred Generalist experience in chemistry, hematology, blood bank, coagulation, urinalysis, and microbiology preferred Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills If you're looking to combine a rewarding laboratory career with an unmatched outdoor lifestyle, this is an outstanding opportunity to join a respected healthcare team in California's beautiful Eastern Sierra.
