Aquatics Program Manager: Classes, Staffing & Safety

Genesis Health Clubs seeks an Aquatic Coordinator to oversee all aspects of the Aquatics Program at a designated location. You will lead hiring, scheduling and training of lifeguards, instructors and pool staff, and ensure excellent member service and safety standards. Responsibilities include coordinating classes, maintaining pool facilities, preparing weekly reports, promoting programs, and reporting to the Aquatics Director.
