Primary Responsibilities:
Lead formulation and product-development projects from concept through commercialization.
Design experiments and analyze data to guide technical decisions.
Develop and optimize adhesive formulations for targeted performance requirements.
Troubleshoot product, process, and application challenges.
Collaborate with commercial, operations, sourcing, and regulatory teams. Provide technical guidance to customers and internal partners.
Document results through reports, specifications, and technical presentations.
Support innovation, intellectual property, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, or related field.
Relevant industrial experience in product development, formulation, or applied research.
Demonstrated experience designing experiments and interpreting technical data.
Ability to communicate technical findings to scientific and nontechnical audiences.
Authorization to work in the applicable country without restriction, where required.
Preferred
Requirements:
Advanced degree in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline.
Experience developing adhesives, polymers, coatings, or related materials.
Experience leading technical projects through commercialization.
Experience collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams.#LI-MA1Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. The salary for this role is 105,000-135,000.In addition to your salary, H.B.
