Valley Teen Ranch is seeking a Life Skills Coach I to support program participants in developing independent living skills within a structured housing environment. You will proactively identify, document, and address incidents while ensuring resident safety and continuity of care. The role focuses on weekend welfare checks, youth guidance, and thorough documentation, with emphasis on trauma-informed, youth-centered approaches and strong teamwork.
