Our client, a children's accessory company, is looking for a Graphic/Packaging Designer to join their team in NYC!
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the design and execution of packaging for children's accessories & home goods
- Create production-ready artwork, layouts, and dielines for packaging and hangtags
- Support seasonal collections by developing on-brand graphics, patterns, and illustration
- Collaborate with design, product development, and merchandising teams to meet project timelines
- Prepare files for print, ensuring accuracy, color consistency, and compliance with packaging specifications
- Make revisions based on internal feedback and retailer requirements
- Organize and maintain digital assets, style guides, and artwork files
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 2+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in home textiles
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Understanding of print production, packaging layouts, and dielines
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
- Positive, collaborative attitude with the ability to take direction and feedback
