Communication Skills: Convey information and ideas clearly and effectively listen to and understand issues raised by co-workers and guests. Financial Acumen: Work with and understand financial information and data, including basic arithmetic functions to support maintenance operations. Project Management: Develop and implement policies and procedures for maintenance requests, schedule maintenance and ensure compliance with regulations.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in a related field, including prior management experience. Experience in a hotel or related field is required, with a trade license preferred.
