Key responsibilities:
Provide contract management support across two FTA acquisition divisions under general supervision
Assist program offices in preparing Purchase Request packages and review acquisition packages for compliance with laws and regulations
Conduct market research and cost analyses to develop Independent Government Cost Estimates and support acquisition planning
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) or higher
Minimum of seven years of relevant experience in federal acquisitions and knowledge of the FAR
Hands-on experience with various contract types, including IDIQ contracts and Blanket Purchase Agreements
Practical experience using GSA Market Research tools for acquisition planning
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
