Senior Finance Controller, Highway & Chemical

Morton Salt, Inc. seeks a senior Finance Controller to oversee the Finance and Controlling functions for nine North America Highway and Chemical mine sites. You will supervise a team of controllers, coordinate annual budgeting, and ensure accurate cost reporting and asset management across sites. Lead and develop site controllers, provide financial analysis to the segment President, and drive improvements in reporting, controls, and processes across SAP and other accounting systems.
