CSR/Dispatcher

Location: Moore, OK Pay: $17.00/Hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview: A local towing company in Moore is seeking a highly organized and dependable CSR/Dispatcher to join their team. This position will be responsible for assisting customers, coordinating towing requests, maintaining accurate information, and dispatching calls to drivers.

Essential Job Functions: Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner Gather and accurately enter customer and vehicle information Track customer requests and towing assignments Assign calls and towing requests to appropriate drivers Perform daily data entry and maintain accurate records Work within multiple computer systems and databases simultaneously Update and maintain customer and vehicle information Retain and recall important information to assist customers and drivers Maintain organized and accurate records Provide excellent customer service throughout the dispatch process

Requirements: Strong customer service and communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work with multiple systems at once Strong data entry and computer skills Ability to quickly learn and retain information Reliable attendance and punctuality
