Pastry & Baking Solutions Specialist

Colonial Group in Houston, TX, is seeking a Pastry Specialist to leverage foodservice knowledge and industry trends for our Pastry & Baking lines. You will provide talking points to Sales reps and Customers, and help push inventory through targeted communications and events. The ideal candidate has a pastry/food-related degree (preferred) and five years in a commercial kitchen, with travel up to 20% to engage at shows and with operators.
