Senior Federal Program & Budget Strategist

Changeis is seeking a Senior Program & Budget Analyst to provide senior-level support for a federal research and development program. The role includes coordinating portfolio development, preparing Executive Board briefings, and maintaining records. Hybrid work with occasional onsite at FAA facilities; candidates in the Washington, DC area or southern New Jersey are preferred.
