What You'll Do: Assist skilled trades on high-end residential remodeling projects Support demolition, material handling, and job site preparation Load, unload, organize, and transport tools and building materials Measure, cut, and assist with basic construction tasks Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites Follow project plans and directions from experienced team members Help maintain a professional work environment inside customers' homes Support daily construction activities as needed

What We're Looking For: Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to perform physical work throughout the day, including lifting and carrying materials Construction, remodeling, or general labor experience is helpful but not required Willingness to learn from experienced craftsmen Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Professional appearance and respectful demeanor when working in occupied homes Ability to follow directions and work safely
