Combining deep data engineering expertise with advanced Power BI capabilities, the full-time Data and Analytics Engineer will design and implement modern lakehouse architectures, build ELT/ETL pipelines, and deliver complex analytics solutions for clients in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities: Design and implement data platforms using Microsoft Fabric and Databricks, optimizing data ingestion and transformation pipelines Develop complex data models and interactive Power BI reports that drive client decisions Act as a trusted technical advisor, gathering requirements and managing expectations with client stakeholders
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, and/or BI consulting Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and/or Databricks Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX authoring and data modeling Strong SQL skills with experience in performance tuning and analytical query design
