Nevada or California Bar required | 1–8 years civil litigation | depositions + motion practice experience Las Vegas, NV or San Francisco, CA (Hybrid and FULL REMOTE options available) We’re working with a well-established civil litigation defense firm seeking a Civil Litigation Associate. This is a strong opportunity for an attorney looking to build hands-on litigation experience in a supportive, team-oriented environment with real growth potential.
What you’ll do:
- Handle cases from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Take and defend depositions
- Attend court appearances, mediations, and trials
- Work directly with clients and contribute to case strategy
- What they’re looking for:
- Active California Bar admission1–8 years of civil litigation experience
- Experience with motion practice, discovery, and depositions
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- Ability to manage a caseload with autonomy
