Lead EMS Operations Supervisor

What You'll Do: You'll play an important role in supporting our employees and field operations, including: Tracking attendance, punctuality, call-offs, and timekeeping issues Addressing employee concerns such as lateness, dress code, professionalism, and performance Providing coaching and participating in corrective action Troubleshooting scheduling and staffing issues Generating and reviewing operational reports Conducting fact-finding and employee investigations Maintaining uniform inventory and coordinating orders Managing truck and vehicle logistics between bases Monitoring Samsara activity and providing driver coaching Working closely with Operations and HR to resolve employee and operational concerns Supporting supervisors and employees with day-to-day operational needs Identifying recurring issues and helping develop solutions

What We're Looking For: We're looking for a dependable, organized leader who can communicate clearly, address problems directly, and follow through.
