Residential Helper - West

Essential Functions: Assist driver with pre and post trip Gathers and carries containers from individual yards of locations along route and empties refuse containers onto truck Starts hoisting device that raises refuse bin attached to rear truck Dumps contents into opening in enclosed truck body Gathers separated recycling materials and dumps them into recycling bins on garbage truck Assists in unloading and cleaning garbage truck at dump site

Requirements: Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds, with or without assistance Ability to convey Tiger Sanitation as the obvious choice for our customers, employees, and community Actively demonstrates Tiger Sanitation's core values in daily tasks and communications: Professionalism, Respect, Accountability and Communication Ability to demonstrate decision making skills that align with Tiger Sanitation's 4 Step Decision Making Process Ability to collaborate with coworkers Ability to prioritize activities in order to achieve, individual and team, expectations and goals

Education and Experience: High School diploma or GED preferred 1 year minimum experience within the sanitation industry preferred
