Virtual Customer Service Professional( work from home)

Responsibilities: Resolve concerns or complaints related to your client. No Cold Calling, No Telemarketing, inbound calls only. You'll make your own schedules Minimum 3+ months of customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications: Must be 18+ to apply High school diploma or equivalency Secondary education and/or some college is preferred Able to perform basic math skills Must be able to pass a background check A background check is required. (client may ask for drug test) Comfortable with basic computer skills including email and documents Would like to work PT or FT as a 1099 contractor from home A quiet home office place to work.
