FERC Associate - Mid to Senior Level

Duties: Advise clients on matters under the Federal Power Act and Natural Gas Act. Represent utilities and developers before FERC in regulatory proceedings. Support matters involving electric transmission rates and incentives. Assist with interconnection and large-load issues, including data centers. Engage in wholesale energy markets and natural gas pipeline certification. Conduct legal research, draft filings, and manage agency interactions. Collaborate on infrastructure, regulatory, and energy-transition matters.

Requirements: JD from an accredited law school. Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction. 3-6 years of relevant experience. Experience with FERC regulatory matters. Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Experience in a large law firm or government setting. Familiarity with electric and/or natural gas regulatory work. Interest in regulation, infrastructure investment, and emerging energy demands. EducationJD from an accredited law school.
