Line Cook - Seasonal (Parks)

Essential job functions: Assist restaurant/assistant restaurant manager/chef in cooking and preparation of food. Supervise kitchen personnel under the direction of the restaurant manager/chef. Ensure food items are prepared according to standards of quality, consistency and time lines. Receive and fulfill food orders using a restaurant point-of-sale system. Answer questions about cooking methods, menu items and specials Purchase various food products as directed by restaurant manager/chef, order and receive deliveries, and restock supplies as necessary Maintain sanitation procedures and organization of work area. Maintain cleanliness of back-of-the-house area.

Minimum requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older Must have or be able to obtain a valid food handlers permit.
