Operations Leadership Trainee (CDL Pathway)

Old Dominion Freight Line, Inc. is seeking Management Trainees to gain hands-on training in service center operations with mentorship and the opportunity to earn a CDL. The program covers logistics, freight management, and leadership development in a fast-paced environment. Trainees will eventually supervise shifts and learn procedures across departments, with travel to other centers (~15%). Relocation may be required after program completion as part of career progression.
