This is a high impact role within a respected intellectual property team handling sophisticated patent portfolios for technology and life sciences clients. You will work closely with experienced partners, enjoy meaningful responsibility for drafting and strategy, and build a credible long term platform for advancement within a nationally recognized practice. The Role:
Prepare and prosecute United States patent applications for complex chemical, molecular biology, and related technologies Draft patentability and clearance opinions and support broader patent enforcement and licensing strategies Manage aspects of client patent estates and contribute to strategic portfolio planning and maintenance Interface directly with sophisticated clients and inventors to capture inventions and advise on protection strategies Collaborate closely with partners while taking substantive ownership of drafting, analysis, and client deliverables
Ideal Candidate Profile:
