The Shipping Warehouse role involves managing daily warehouse operations including order fulfillment, shipping preparation, and inventory management in a small team environment. This position requires physical ability to handle heavy products and equipment like pallet jacks, a strong sense of urgency, and proficiency in computer-based shipping tasks. The role focuses on domestic shipping with routine daily responsibilities and emphasizes accuracy, organization, and teamwork.
Responsibilities:
- Fill orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare, process, and ship outgoing inventory with correct labeling
- Inspect merchandise for damage before shipment
- Print invoices and label packages appropriately
- Maintain accurate shipping documentation and records
- Troubleshoot shipping issues using computer systems
- Organize, clean, and restock warehouse items regularly
- Operate pallet jacks and manually handle merchandise
- Collaborate effectively with a small team
- Adhere to safety and compliance standards
- Monday thru Friday 8 am to 4:30 pmNo Weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years experience in warehouse operations
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes
- Experience in order fulfillment and packaging
- Computer literacy for shipping and inventory management
- Strong time management skills
