About the Role
Job Title: Data Center Construction Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience working with General Contractors (GCs), subcontractors, designers, and commissioning teams.
Proven ability to manage safety, quality, schedule, and cost on construction projects.
Experience leading field operations and site coordination.
Ability to identify risks, drive issue resolution, and hold contractors accountable for commitments.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

Salary Range:
The salary for this position is between $140,000 – $160,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
