Litigation Paralegal (J0115)

What You’ll Do: • Draft pleadings, notices, motions, and other litigation documents• Manage discovery and document productions• Prepare medical record summaries and chronologies• Organize deposition materials, exhibits, and case files• Assist with expert and corporate witness depositions• Coordinate records and inspections with third parties• Support attorneys on complex litigation strategy and case preparation

What We’re Looking For: • 4+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm• Experience handling cases throughout the litigation life cycle• Strong discovery, deposition, and case-management skills• Legal research experience, including Westlaw• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail• Paralegal certificate and/or degree preferred Experience with product liability, automotive, medical device, pharmaceutical, or other complex litigation is especially valuable.
