The ideal candidate will have a genuine, current point of view on AI and digital engineering trends, and the executive presence to build trust with senior stakeholders. They should be experienced in shaping deals, solving ambiguous client problems, and have a teaching instinct that is evident in the growth of their team. Operational fluency is also essential, as the role involves some practice management responsibilities.
