Construction Project Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent

RN Civil Construction in Centennial, CO, a reputable and financially stable general contractor based in Denver, is seeking an experienced Construction Project Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent to lead and oversee major heavy civil and water/wastewater projects full-time. We are a self-performing contractor specializing in excavation, concrete, dewatering, shoring, and the installation of treatment/processing equipment. As a key leader on our team, you will receive a competitive salary of$100,000 - $150,000 per year(based on experience and qualifications) andcomprehensive benefits, including paid time off (PTO), medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) matching program, paid vacation, and paid holidays. You lead self-performing crews involved in excavation, concrete work, dewatering, shoring, process piping, yard piping, and the installation of complex treatment equipment. Your role includes ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations. You also coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers, maintaining clear communication to resolve issues and keep the project on track. Your leadership is pivotal in upholding the quality and integrity of each project from start to finish.
