RRC Case Manager - Transform Lives in Reentry

Pioneer Human Services seeks a Temporary Case Manager for the Residential Reentry Center to plan and manage reentry plans for residents referred by FBOP, USPO, and USPT. You will assist with employment, housing, treatment access, and independent living skills in a community transition setting. Responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, developing IPPs, coordinating services, and ensuring documentation and compliance with program policies.
