Junior Corporate Energy Transactions Associate

DLA Piper seeks a junior associate to join its Corporate practice in a hybrid, office-centric role with some work-from-home flexibility. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of corporate, energy, or infrastructure transactional experience and strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Preference for San Diego or New York offices. Excellent academic credentials from nationally recognized law schools are expected, with a JD from an accredited law school required.
