The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting and maintaining accurate data in our company's database systems, ensuring the integrity and accessibility of crucial information.
Responsibilities:
- Enter data from various sources into computer systems and databases with speed and accuracy
- Verify and cross-reference data to maintain data quality and consistency
- Review and update existing data in the system as needed
- Scan and organize documents for digital filing and easy retrieval
- Perform regular data backups to ensure data security
- Generate and distribute reports as requested by management
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Collaborate with team members to meet data entry deadlines and goals
- Identify and report any discrepancies or errors in data
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficient in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially ExcelFast and accurate typing skills with a minimum of 50 WPMStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
- Previous data entry experience preferred
- Experience with database management a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines
